Los Angeles Stars FC (LASFC) is more than just a non-profit — it's a movement dedicated to shaping the future
of youth soccer while fostering growth in academics, athletics, and community engagement. Driven by passionate
volunteers who believe in the potential of every child, LASFC creates opportunities for young athletes to

Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before registering your child.
By registering a player with LA STARS FC, all parents/guardians and players agree to the
following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, fun, and productive environment
for all participants.
1 Player and Parent Code of Conduct
Respect: All players, parents, and coaches are expected to treat each other with respect, on and off the field. This includes opponents, referees, and other spectators.
Sportsmanship: Good sportsmanship is a core value of LA STARS FC. Players and parents must accept the decisions of referees and coaches and refrain from any negative or abusive behavior.
Positive Environment: Parents and guardians are encouraged to be positive cheerleaders for all players, focusing on effort and improvement rather than results. Any form of harassment or bullying will not be tolerated.
2 Registration and Fees
Payment: All registration fees must be paid in full before a player is permitted to participate in practice or games.
Refunds: LA STARS FC has a strict no-refund policy after the first week of the program has passed. Refunds may be considered for exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
3 Attendance and Punctuality
Practice: Players are expected to attend all scheduled practices. If a player is unable to attend, the coach must be notified in advance.
Punctuality: Players should arrive at the field on time, dressed and ready to play, to ensure a timely start to practices and games.
4 Safety and Equipment
Required Gear: All players must have and wear the required equipment for every session, including shin guards, soccer cleats, and appropriate attire.
Supervision: Players are the responsibility of the club during scheduled practice and game times only. Parents are responsible for their child's supervision before and after these times.
5 Photography and Media Consent
I grant permission to LA STARS FC to use photographs and videos of my child taken during club activities
for promotional materials, including but not limited to the club website and social media.
6 Acknowledgment of Risk and Waiver of Liability
I acknowledge that I have read and signed the separate LA STARS FC Soccer Class Waiver, which outlines the
assumption of risk and waiver of liability for communicable diseases and all other injuries related to
participation in the club's activities.
By registering your child, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by all the
